How to put your baby, yourself, husband and cat to sleep

Last night I put my whole family to sleep. Magic formula 👍

11 steps to a sweet sleep:

1. First, take in air so that your belly inflates like a giant balloon (and show how you do it);
2. Then imagine that the balloon has a tiny, tiny hole through which the air comes out very, very slowly. "Watch how long I blow the air out. Can you go any longer?"
3. And now we try again (2-3 more times, because the first ones will be ridiculous) and then one more time.
4. Now lie straight and still (it probably won't happen, but, well, remind yourself from time to time to lie still). Let's relax your body.
5. Imagine that your feet become heavy, big, thick, as if they are merging with the bed.
6. Then the legs to the knees remain heavy because they are heavy.
7. Then you raise... your thighs...
8. Then the bottom (it's always funny), it gets big and heavy. Now you're completely relaxed and heavy up to the waist.
9. Then the belly, which turns into a big lake...
10. Then chest, arms, shoulders, neck, cheeks, tongue, mouth, forehead, nose, head-where-it-grows-hair, hair itself, ears...
11. If someone is still asleep (usually locked in their knees), invite them to take themselves somewhere very beautiful - by the sea, in the mountains, to a country house, etc. Imagine what it is like, what it smells like, what it looks like...
