Parents don't always want to play with their child, because there's an awful lot to do - cleaning, washing, cooking, earning money, feeding, putting to bed, etc.! Parents whose families share the housework equally between partners or specially organised helpers may not want to play with the child either.
Do you also tend to have these thoughts? "Playing is a real toothache for me. It's boring!" Or "I don't have time for this!" Or - "I don't know what to play with him, how to occupy him!"
To give you ideas on how to play with your child, I invite parents (especially those with 1-4 year olds) to the free online session "How to play with your child?".
In this session, I will look at ways of playing and how parents can be with their children during play, as well as the importance of play and imagination in child development.
WHEREAS: Monday, 18 March at 19:00
WHERE: online, you will receive a link to the lesson in your email. Register for the class here: https://forms.gle/auhvCkYopBBEvgvd9
The session will be live, so you will have the opportunity to ask me questions. It will also be recorded and you will be able to listen to it one week after the live broadcast - until 25 March at 24.00.
